TransFin-M and Demetra-Holding agreed to create a grain terminal in the port of Sukhodol. This was announced during the Eastern Economic Forum by the company’s general director Innokenty Alafinov, writes IAA "PortNews".
It is clarified that the companies plan to sign the corresponding agreement within the framework of the Eastern Economic Forum 2026.
A multifunctional port and transhipment complex is being created according to the project of Morstroytekhnologiya LLC in the waters of Telyakovsky Bay (Primorsky Territory). The construction of the coal terminal has now been completed. A universal berth for handling bulk cargo was put into operation.
The project provides for the construction of several more terminals: grain, container, for the export of mineral fertilizers, for shipments of liquefied natural gas (LNG), liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) and methanol. The Sukhodol seaport has its own railway station, which includes 20 tracks with a total length of 26 km.
