Requirements for Grain of 3rd, 4th and 5th Class
The classification of wheat in Russia is regulated by GOST 9353-2016 "Wheat. Technical Specifications". The condition, smell and color of grains, quality and mass fraction of gluten, protein content, presence of weed and grain impurities, falling number are the main quality indicators of 3rd, 4th and 5th class wheat.
