Consent to the Processing of Personal Data

Text of the Personal Data Processing Consent:

Hereby, in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” dated July 27, 2006, you confirm your consent to the processing of your personal data by LLC «РОСТ-БП», including: collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), use, transfer exclusively for the purposes of selling software registered in your name, as described below, blocking, anonymization, and destruction.

LLC «РОСТ-БП» guarantees the confidentiality of the information received. Personal data processing is carried out for the purpose of effective fulfillment of orders, contracts, and other obligations assumed by LLC «РОСТ-БП» as binding.

If it is necessary to provide your personal data to the copyright holder, distributor, or reseller of software for the purpose of registering the software in your name, you hereby give your consent to the transfer of your personal data. LLC «РОСТ-БП» guarantees that the copyright holder, distributor, or reseller of the software ensures the protection of personal data under conditions similar to those set forth in the Personal Data Privacy Policy.

This consent applies to the following personal data: last name, first name and patronymic, e-mail address, postal address for delivery of orders, contact phone number, and payment details.

The consent is valid for an unlimited period. You may withdraw this consent at any time by sending a written notice to the following address: 347942, Rostov Region, Taganrog, 3rd Line Street, building 4, office 6, marked “Withdrawal of consent to personal data processing”.

Please note that withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data will result in deletion of your user account from the website (http://rostbppp.beget.tech/), as well as destruction of records containing your personal data in the personal data processing systems of LLC «РОСТ-БП», which may make it impossible to use the online services of LLC «РОСТ-БП».

I guarantee that the information provided by me is complete, accurate, and reliable, and that when providing such information, the current legislation of the Russian Federation, as well as the lawful rights and interests of third parties, are not violated. All information provided has been filled in by me personally with respect to myself.

This consent shall remain in effect for the entire period of storage of personal data, unless otherwise provided by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
