The Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation proposed to postpone the payment deadlines for the recycling fee for the largest manufacturers of self-propelled equipment in 2026, TASS reports citing the ministry.
“The Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade has prepared a draft resolution that involves deferring the payment of the recycling fee for the largest manufacturers of specialized and agricultural self-propelled equipment. It is proposed to postpone the payment deadlines for the fourth quarter of 2025 and for the first and third quarters of 2026 to December 2026,” the message says.
They recalled that this mechanism makes it possible to ensure stable financial and economic activities of manufacturers of such equipment.
“The introduction of a deferred payment of the recycling fee in the current conditions will allow optimizing the structure of working capital of enterprises and maintaining their liquidity,” the ministry added.
Previously, the Ministry of Industry and Trade proposed a similar measure in relation to the largest domestic automakers.
