The Russian government has decided to allocate another 60 billion rubles for the program of preferential lending to agricultural producers. This will support at least 48 thousand previously issued loans that farmers took for the production and processing of agricultural raw materials, as well as for the production of veterinary medicines and the purchase of domestic equipment.
This year, the federal budget allocated about 190 billion rubles for the preferential lending program.
“We hope that the decision made will help strengthen the agro-industrial complex. And its high-quality products will continue to be in demand among citizens,” the Prime Minister said.
