JSC Rosagroleasing has approved the parameters of the program for preferential deferment of leasing payments, reports company press service.
The program is targeted: it applies to lessees from regions for which the Russian Ministry of Agriculture has confirmed the need for support in connection with the situation on the grain market. The measure comes into force on October 12 and applies to farms included in the list of territories.
As part of the support measures implemented by Rosagroleasing, a deferment is provided to customers for 12 months. It allows you to shift current payments and rearrange the schedule so that payments occur during the period of receipt of revenue. The equipment remains in operation: there is no need to return the machines or stop seasonal work. The company determines the conditions for each contract individually.
The procedure is automated - all information will be available in your personal account on the Rosagroleasing website. Farms included in the program will receive a notification in their personal account - there the lessee makes a decision: to take advantage of the deferment or continue payments according to the current schedule. Representatives of the company will additionally contact and advise on the conditions for providing support measures.
“Agriculture is an industry where the year may not work out for reasons beyond the control of the farm itself. In such a situation, the most important thing is to prevent the enterprise from breaking down: to keep the equipment in operation and close the season. For this purpose, we consciously direct the company’s own resources - this is the role of the development institution. For the same reason, support must be targeted: the regions that need it have been identified by the line ministry. Within the list, we are ready to meet every business halfway - both in terms of terms and payment schedule. And the decision remains with the farmer: he will see the offer in his personal account and will decide for himself whether to use it or not,” said Vladimir Balter, General Director of Rosagroleasing JSC.
