The Arbitration Court of the Krasnodar Territory registered a statement of claim from the Krasnodar company LLC Vozrozhdenie against LLC Grain Terminal Complex Taman (ZTKT, part of Demetra-Holding) and LLC SmartContract for the protection of business reputation, writes Kommersant.
As follows from the information posted in the file of arbitration cases, the preliminary court hearing in this case is scheduled for October 27, 2026. At the time of publication, materials revealing the essence of the claims and the circumstances of the case are not publicly available.
ZTKT is a large grain terminal in Russia in the Azov-Black Sea basin, its transshipment capacity is about 5 million tons of grain per year. The volume of grain transshipment for export at ZTK in the first half of 2026 amounted to 1.31 million tons.
SmartContract LLC, also brought in as a defendant, also belongs to Demetra-Holding and operates the SmartSeeds online platform for trade and logistics in the agro-industrial sector.
The plaintiff, Vozrozhdenie LLC, according to Rusprofile, was registered in Krasnodar in December 2024. The main activity of the company is road freight transportation, and the wholesale trade of grain and the activities of agents for the wholesale trade of grain are declared as additional directions.
