As of December 1, the Kurgan branch of the Federal State Budgetary Institution “TsK Agroindustrial Complex”, as part of state monitoring, examined more than 1 million tons of soft and 48.1 thousand tons of durum wheat, which is 79% of the total volume collected in the region (1.4 million tons).
Specialists performed about 32 thousand tests.
The results showed that more than 90% of the tested samples corresponded to food grades.
In soft wheat, 58.3% corresponds to class 3, 32% to class 4, and 9.3% is class 5 feed grain. Among durum wheat, 75% corresponds to class 4, 25% to class 5.
