Over the 11 months of 2025, Russia exported almost 250 thousand tons of buckwheat worth more than $64 million. Compared to the same period last year, the volume of shipments increased by 15% in physical terms, reports the federal center Agroexport.
“It can be stated that the historical record has been broken: previously, the maximum in the export of Russian buckwheat in weight was recorded in 2024 - 235 thousand tons,” the statement says.
