In Russia, agricultural accounts payable, as of December 1, 2025, amounted to 3 trillion 010.5 billion rubles compared to 2 trillion 886.6 billion rubles a year earlier, Interfax reports with reference to materials from the Bank of Russia. Thus, it grew by 4.3%.
As of November 1, 2025, accounts payable amounted to 2 trillion 999.4 billion rubles.
Overdue accounts payable began to grow. As of December 1, 2025, it amounted to 56.2 billion rubles compared to 55.1 billion rubles as of November 1. But this figure is lower than on October 1 - 61.3 billion rubles.
In November, lending to agriculture decreased to 152.3 billion rubles from 159.4 billion rubles in October. In annual terms, there was an increase of 27.7% (119.3 billion in November 2024).
The largest volume of credit resources provided to farmers in 2025 occurred in March - 267.8 billion rubles. Then there is a monthly decrease: in April - to 163 billion 107 million rubles, in May - to 157 billion 622 million rubles, in June - to 120 billion 969 million rubles, in July - to 115 billion 768 million rubles. Since August, there has been an increase - to 124.7 billion rubles, in September - to 132.5 billion rubles, in October - to 159.4 billion rubles, but in November there was a decrease again - 152.3 billion rubles.
